From alert overload to action.

I designed the navigation and alerting model for an industrial IoT platform. Operators needed to monitor hundreds of signals, recognize critical events, and move into diagnostics across desktop and mobile.

The design problem

Balance information density with a clear order of attention. Field engineers also needed a path from the alert into mobile-friendly diagnostics. Detailed decision notes and approved product media are not available in this portfolio yet.
